Directions

Mix flour and sugar

Add egg yolks, lemon zest, lemon juice, and butter

Beat together

Add milk

Fold in the beaten egg whites

Place in unbaked pie shell

Bake at 425° F. for 10 minutes

Reduce heat to 350° F. and bake for about 30 to 40 minutes until done
